IoT and SaaS cloud tech provider Inseego has reported that its fleet management solution aimed at smaller and medium sized businesses is showing significant momentum across international markets. Inseego's Ctrack SMB Fleet Management solution has experienced growth of more than 20 percent, with growth coming particularly from new small and medium sized business customers in Europe, South Africa and Australia.

The Ctrack SMB solution is designed to allow fleet owners and managers to receive a rapid return on investment. This is accomplished through fuel cost savings, equipment operational efficiency and workforce productivity. In addition, the Ctrack SMB solution aims to expedite billing, scheduling and task management.

Among new users of Ctrack is Bidfreight Port Operations (BPO), a provider of in-port logistics throughout South Africa including operations at every commercial cargo port in the country. BPO uses Ctrack Fleet Analytics to support critical decision making, eliminating the need for costly analysts.

“This fleet management solution provides the required information for BPO’s needs. The real-time data ensures that we maximise productivity with both the drivers and the fleet. Scheduled management reports ensure that all areas of the business have full visibility in the operations,” said Satvir Murray, Accounting Systems Manager at BPO.

Civil engineering firm Bij Van Doorn Geldermalsen BV, a division of the Leeuwenstein group in the Netherlands uses Ctrack for fleet management: “The fuel savings that our company realised due to changes in our driving behaviour, has already surpassed the 10% mark, whilst still improving,” said Barend van Doorn, Director of Bij Van Doorn Geldermalsen.

Another civil engineering firm using Ctrack for fleet management is Germany's Wesseler: "The Ctrack solution allows our container transport division to be flexible in vehicle utilisation and the recovery of stolen vehicles, which has contributed to our success over the last 10 years,“ said Heinz Wesseler, Head of Wesseler.

“Much of the success that Inseego is achieving in this market reflects our continued strategic investment in new technologies and go-to-market capabilities,” said Chris Lytle, EVP of Enterprise and SaaS Solutions at Inseego. “With over 30 years of experience in large enterprise markets, we have optimised the Ctrack solution user experience for SMB customers in diverse markets such as utilities, construction, logistics and other service industries. We continue to innovate solutions that are simpler, smarter and intuitive to the unique requirements of SMB.”
