CTSI-Global, a Memphis-based freight audit and payment service and transport management system provider, has introduced a business intelligence system that empowers shippers and third-party logistics providers to transform data into actionable information.

Using the Strategic Data system, shippers and 3PLs can add functions to analyse data and manage key performance indicators via dashboards. These users can graphically represent key performance indicators to keep critical data elements visible at a glance.

"For companies operating in the global marketplace, our analytical tools will help you manage your logistics spend and plan for the future," said Kenneth Hazen, president and CEO of CTSI-Global.

Conventional supply chain business intelligence tools are limited to the display of processed freight bills. Strategic Data distinguishes itself with the ability to wrap its functionality around any dataset, including freight bills in process, data from an ERP system, and more. Users can drill down to data at an accessorial level or view trends over time for further insight. Data fields can be automatically mapped, or a user can customise the data visualisation.

Since 1957, CTSI-Global has provided control over global supply chains to improve efficiencies and increase savings in all industries. Shippers and 3PLs can manage all aspects of their supply chains within one global database.
